Congratulation to Ali "David," and Shameem
Congratulation to Ali "David," an Iranian/American who was born and raised in Florida and Shameem an Iranian/British who was born and raised in the UK. I had the pleasure of officiating their wedding on the evening of Saturday, March 23rd 2013, which also coincided with the 3rd day of the Persian New Year "Norouz." The timing was perfect. Their 200 hundred guests consisted of friends and family that came from all over. It was the best opportunity for a reunion of sorts. Everyone got to celebrate Norouz and David and Shameem's nuptials simultaneously. A good time was had by all!

Persian year and the Day of Love for Woman
According to the Persian mythology about Four to
Five thousand years ago The Fourth Day of
month of Esfand which is the last month of the Persian year was named the Day of Love for Woman, Earth and Life, " Zan, Zameen and Zaman". The comparison of these three was their interrelation to one another, that without each one of them there was no life. Woman plays the major rloe in the continuity of our existance and without her there was no human being. The Love for the Earth was because whatever we have in life, from food and fruits to beauty and livelihood come from of our beloved Planet Earth

Marriage and Real Estate
As a pioneer realtor and a marriage officiant, I have been fortunate to
help many new couples buy homes. Especially in case of two income families.
Studies show married people have a higher percentage of homeowner ship than single
people. According to RealEstate.com, in cities with more than 30% married couples,
50% of homes are occupied by homeowners. In comparison cities with .larger
single population, less than 30% married 39% of homes are occupied by
homeowners
